Hank is home now. His leg is a little swollen around his staples and he is obviously sore. Just glad his blood levels haven't gone any lower. The vet said we could hear something as early as Wednesday.

No results yet. They say that we might not know anything until next week because of the holiday weekend. We just hope that his increased heart rate and heavy breathing due to the lack of oxygen in his blood strain his heart too much.

Is there anything they can give him to help him until the results come back? I wouldnt want to have him to struggle all that time.

They gave us prednisone which doesn't seem to be doing too much for the moment. Hopefully we will get the results back sooner than later so we can figure why this is happening to our little guy.

So we got a call from the vet and they said they didn't harvest enough of a sample to get a result so Hank has to get another bone marrow biopsy done tomorrow. On a good note his red blood cell count has gone from 10% to 13% over the last week and a half. So hopefully we will know something soon.
