Monty is sick

I just got back from the vet with Monty who is 9 . He has been panting alot and has been very restless the pass few days. This morning his panting was really bad. The vet did a chest xray and his heart and lungs are clear. He has a temp of 104 which explains the panting. They did blood work and we will have that back tomorrow. They also gave him a doze of batryl antibotic and a prescription that I have to start tomorrow.

At this point we don't what is causing the high fever but the blood work should show something. The vet did mention lymphoma and I am prepared for the worse. Monty has been thru alot, torn cartilage in his knee, hip and elbow displasia. We never thought we would have him for this long. So please keep him in your prayers. I hate to see him so uncomfortable.
The poor guy is panting and so restless.

Monty had a bad night. His panting is worse and he seems really confused. He is hanging in my bedroom where he has never been. Just have to wait and see what the blood work shows but I feel this is not going to have a good outcome. He is so uncomfortable I hate seeing him like this.
