One more posting today, that I felt the need to do...
Can't forget my old Denver! He doesn't move much anymore, so rarely gets in the group pics. He, like Ella only has 3 legs and has survived it well at 13 years old. His time is soon...we're hoping for 1 more warm summer for him....

Denver, you are an inspiration! Keep up the good work. Be the pack leader (when the humans aren't looking!) and teach those dogs everything you know because you sure look like a sweetie!

He's as gentle as his expression...
He was adopted in 1998, with a dragging dead leg. Story goes, that he was hit by a truck as a puppy and was left with this leg till we adopted him from a rescue group at 1 1/2 years old and had it amputated.
He's had a great long life and has good memories of running like the wind in his younger years! :)

He's a beautiful old soul. I can see in those eyes he's got a special type of wisdom, no wonder you adore him.

I wish for Denver - the gift of time. Ella could do well to learn from that wise face. Bless you Judy for giving him the gift of life and love and family.:hugs:

what a good looking boy, he sure does not look that old. he is lucky to have found you but i am sure that you feel that way about him.
