Seamus and Bentley

The boys are beginning to figure this whole living together thing out. Seamus seemed resigned to the fact that he has to share occasionally. Bentley is calming down quite a bit and seems to love just relaxing. His crazy circling in the yard is starting to lessen. Seamus continues to take care of him when he does it. He pretty much flattens him on the ground. All in all it's pretty quiet in the Bentley/Seamus household.

Practicing their "wait"s.

Learning how to play.

It continues to get better everyday. Last night we went for our first trip together in the car to PetCo. We ran into neighbors of Bentley's former owners and they couldn't believe how good he looked and how calm he was. I won't go into the details they shared that reminded me that I absolutely did the right thing by getting this guy out of there.

The thing I think Bentley loves the most is coming back into the house and air conditioning!

Seamus goes to the groomer on Thursday. Please excuse his shaggy appearance!

You have a couple of very handsome boys. I too am glad to hear that things are working out and that Seamus is helping Bentley.

Just a wonderful story Suse. So glad the boys are beginning to see how nice it is to have a friend to play with. I think lots of us have shaggy Newfs so no worries there. Hugs to the big boys.
