Our breeders kennels burnt down last night.

She lost two dogs, one of which was hers.

She is completely gutted and barely functioning.

Please keep her in your thoughts. her dogs really are her life

Been there 20 years ago. Almost lost the whole pack due to heavy smoke. Lost a newly whelped pup that got crushed by his dam in the melee and one of my seniors had to be given oxygen by the firefighters. My 12 year old son who heroically helped me evacuate the Newfs (we held our breaths and had to feel our way in due to heavy smoke) couldn't sleep for a week.

that's awful, I'm so very sorry for your breeder and the loss of her pups....at least she was able to get some of her pups out and is herself alive. that would be absolutely devastating. Sending hugs and kitty kisses
