Getting our new puppy tomorrow! Yeah!!!!

Hi Everyone, We are soooooo excited. Saturday morning we are driving to the mountains to pick up our baby. We even have the luck to see some snow! I think we have everything. Leash, collar with name tag, blanket, poop bags, favorite stuffed toy with cat hair all over it, food, water bowl ,chew toy, anything I could be missing? I have treats, wipes. All packed to go, Oh yeah we have to pack too! gotta go, lots to do. My husband is going to show me how to post pictures, Be ready

Take a back up camera, or maybe two.......... drive safely in the snow,,,,, but mainly take a lot of pictures.

I thought we had decided there would be no more puppy pics.. No little button noses.. no silky little ears. scrunchy faces and NO tummy shots. Ahhhhh :alc:

Sounds like you're all set. We made the same journey a few weeks ago and there's no turning back! You're about to fall in love. Have a safe trip and take lots of pictures.

How about a crate? Valuable training tool, and our dogs still love them to just snooze in.

Bring a gallon jug to get some water from the pups original home in. That way you can transition the water supply gradually, and may avoid some stomach upset.

What great exciting news!! Congratulations!! We need to see puppy pictures!! Take plenty and post them all, even the not so good ones, we'll accept them all. Best of luck and have a safe trip.

Good luck and have a safe trip! I remember the day we brought Tank home. Take lots of pictures...they grow so fast.

How exciting!! Only other thing I can think of is that I was glad we took several bath towels. Poor Echo was car sick all the way home, and she quickly learned to throw up into a towel that I held for her. That was 10 years ago. How times flies, but she still knows to throw up into a towel. Such a good girl!
