Of course I missed the ritual of carefully removing the keys from the hook, as he dances around the house in circles and gallops through our hallway....he knows the sound even when we try to hide it......Bought him a SUV and he owns the back half of it......Spoiled much?
then he waits as we get ready to leave.....
and then the gallop on the beach with the wind in his sails....
First dip in the lake....
Then almost submerged...unless he catches the attention of a goose or beaver of course....
then the talk....it's time to go home big guy....
But not impressed.....too early Dad....OK I'm not talking to you now....
The way to a dog's heart is through his walks.....even more so than his stomach......
