WE HAVE NORMAL POOP!

first time since I've owned the dog! (since Mid October)

he's been treated 3 times for worms (initial treatment when I got him, hookworms and tapeworms)
he's been treated for giardia
he's been treated for cryptosporidium

he started out on Pro Plan which he would not eat
we switched to Canidae which made him liquid
we switched to Performance and that was not good either
we then switched to California Natural Chicken and Rice (and held on that for several months)
we NEVER got firm.

Saturday I switched to Solid Gold Wolf King BISON and Oatmeal and TA-DA we have NORMAL POOP!

Such great to hear this..............Finally. Keeping my fingers crossed for you
I told you this was poo(h) corner

I'm thinking that's it.

since even when on Chicken and Rice he was not formed.

the better news is that the food i'm using is available closer to my house!

I was going to say chicken too. It may be the by-products or organ meat? Seems most food has it. Depending how sensitive, watch those treats too. Chicken hides in various names in most dog products.

Yaaa and yes most things dog related have chicken or chicken by-products INCLUDING THEIR BREATH MINTS!!!! We have to watch the treats Apache gets because of that very thing. Congratulations on finally finding a food that agrees with him!!

I'm glad you are finally there and can breath a sigh of relief. It wont stop you watching their poop or being slightly obsessed about it though. I'm happy you have found a food that works for you
