my friend asked the other day how old Jorge was, I told her he would be 5yrs in april :) she then asked how old his dad had lived to, I told her he lived till just 10 years old :( she then said so Jorge is middle aged then!! :( dear lord I hadn't viewed him as middle aged!!
Anyways he has decided to develop a little grey chin!!

and a few specks just above his lip!! the time has gone way too fast!!!!!

The time files so fast. The gray definitely helps him look distinguished. Of course.. he would probably look handsome if he was blue. to him :)

First, let me say how gorgeous your Jorge is. Second, I have always been of the opinion that dogs are like fine wine in that they get better with age. Look at his dignified, sweet face! It just screams wisdom and benevolence :)

He doesn't know he has a little gray, he's just happy the way life is right now. A lot of us who are graying ignore it. Some of us color it. Others relish it. And, it doesn't look like it bothers him at all so momma, relax. He's beautiful and so are you because you love him.

I completely hear you. Nanook will be five in a few months, and he's just got his first gray eyebrow hair. I cried!!

Rajah is turning 5 the end of the month and during this last year he got some grey eye lashes ( for those that don't know him he has those long eye lashes) and just recently he has got some grey in his chin...... Of course I think he is still gorgeous but I won't deny I had those sad middle aged thoughts that have made me cry as well................

Ren I love the system! Elvis is a "Yeti" but he certainly qualifies for "Sloth" status several times a day!

Jorge is beautiful - I always enjoy pictures of him. He always looks so put together and groomed perfectly. I wish Elvis always looked that good!

Back in the fall, when Snuffles had to have the minor surgery to remove a growth on his eye lid, the vet said she did not require blood test for the type anesthetic she on using, but since Snuffles is now "middle aged", she thought it would be good to have. Talk about a reality check! :shocker::)
