Sandra offered to come down all the way from Bancroft as well.. I think she fears I may lose my mind. :icon_stupid:
I assured her that my sanity will remain intact and that as much as I appreciate the offer, I'm sure she has enough going on in her own house taking care of 4 Newfs and a naughty Basset Hound.
Can you just visualize Adam, Nana, Britney, Sandra, Me and Peter all clambering out of a mini van to pick up one dog. :tequila: All we would be missing is Aunt Patti..
All kidding aside, I do feel fortunate that so many people care. :sunflower:
In the midst of the most traumatic and difficult time... with Murphy facing TPLO surgery Monday and me floundering around trying to prepare with slings and ramps and nailing down carpet on the deck and all round panic.. bugging everyone on NN for advise.. Well turns out that the most respected and knowledgeable Newf Guy ever.. the silent but always there Peter Maniate is not only going to bring me all the slings etc.. but he is actually lending himself and his mini van to pick Murphy up on Monday. According to Nana she will be meeting royalty. So.. I may sleep for more than 2 hours tonight...
