Where bout's in MD? We close to the upper border and like to jaunt down to Inner Harbour every once in a while.
We are with Colonial and are located in PA. We do most of our swimming at Codorus State Park in Hanover, PA. They actually do informal water work almost every other weekend there. That is also where the Colonial Newf Club does most of their water testing. We actually sail there too. So, we try to go down on weekends whenever possible. It is a nice clean lake with a 3-4' visibility range. It serves as a reservoir for Gladfelter paper.
Check the Colonial website. They will have the water work weekend.. without looking I think it is July 25th weekend. The Flowers do a wondeful job with it! I would highly recomend it. It would be great to meet new people too.... lots of newfs there from all over for a whole weekend! There is a campground and cabins (I think) at the lake.

Another welcome from Maryland! I'm in the northern part of the state, in Baldwin. We're bringing our first home in a week and a half! Can't wait. Where are you located...maybe we can get together once our puppy is all settled in. I also dont' know anyone personally with a newf...just those on this list. I hope to make it to some of the Colonial events, including the Cordorus park water days.

Fix what? The Email thing? It is under the user CP.. then under edit options. You can click who you do or do not want Email from.
