Checking in...

I haven't really checked in lately so thought I would drop everyone a line, we are starting to get back into a somewhat "normal" routine of life since the fire, even though we are living with only the necessities, we are all ok, we have a roof over our head and the newfs are fine, General is now using his new ramp we built for him since he was refusing to do the 4 steps so that is a big relief, and he loves his new mattress from Liisa!
We have received a couple more packages and a couple cards and again Troy & I can't thank everyone enough for helping us during this time. It is all so needed and so very very appreciated you have no idea!
We had some more bad news (there seems to be a dark cloud over Troy & I these days) Troy's mom is in the hospital with meningitist so we are dealing with that and praying that she gets thru that ok, will definately be a long road.

So, anyway, a BIG thank you again to everyone that has and is still helping us thru this. We love you all....Rhonda, Troy and the gang.

They have transported her to the University hospital because they thought she was going to need brain surgery but the cat scan came out ok and she is doing MUCH better ALMOST back to normal although they say it will be a very long road to recovery but she might even be able to go home at the end of the week, I will keep you posted and thank you for all the prayers and well wishes, they are working!

Art, I am still having good days and bad, this weekend we actually have dozers coming out to move some of the rubble so we can try and look for more items that MIGHT have made it underneath the mess, and with the help of Jane, she sent us a metal detector to hopefully be able to located my cherished jewelery. Fingers crossed.
