I have a Hummer H3, I love it but definitely not for everyone. My wife has a Honda Fit which is perfect for 1 Newf in the back end (with all seats folded down in the back), dont think it would fit more than 1 though.
I am just going to look at that as a second option! I love them in black.:icon_bb:

My avatar is of the back of our Tahoe. Big enough for 2 but not so big with 3 in the back. But with 2 newfs they could both lay down. Love it.

You guys will probably laugh at me, but my two ride in the back seat of my Acura TL-S... They have a system worked out between the two of them. Lol. :D

2003 Dodge Caravan...nothing fancy but it does the job. Myself, 3 kids and 2 big dogs transported from A to B with leg room to spare.

I was looking into the Ford Flex too.
Good to know! I don't think there is a vehicle with a longer backend than the Flex. The Cubic space is just listed as smaller than some SUV's because of the lower roof height, but I think thought they would have ALOT of floor space there

We've got a Suburban, and a Honda Pilot. Not crazy about the Pilot, (very low clearance once the seats are all folded flat - Pooka is always rubbing his head on the ceiling and popping the ceiling lights on and off), also, when all the seats are folded flat there is an incline from the back to the front of the car that is a little uncomfortable for them, lying down. (If I speed up, they slide towards the back of the car.)

The Suburban is new, and one of the models with captains' chairs in the back as well as the front - it's awful. The floor in it isn't flat at all, and there are large lumps and bumps caused by the hardware that fastens the chairs to the floor. Not a fan. The old Suburban was MUCH better - all the seats folded down into the floor or could be taken out completely - leaving a flat floor.

We're considering getting a minivan. I've been fighting it kicking and screaming, because I'm not ready to give up on my youth just yet, but I think it might be time.

we pack tux and beau into the back of a 2003 VW passat. we were driving a 95' jeep but it decided that we were asking too much of it and died, this is my car now and eric will be getting his truck in the future as its getting a little tight back there with both of them

Mini Cooper S and Honda Element, when we went to the shore this year we had to take both (since we now have 3 Newfies) cars.

We have an 05 Pilot, I like it OK. There's lots more room than in my Outback wagon and the dogs can sit up (though there's not a lot of clearance over their heads and they do occasionally turn on the lights - but then again so does my daughter. lol.

We also have a Forester, an 03 which may be boxier than the newer versions. Cooper can sit up in there very comfortably; again, he could not really sit up with any clearance in the newer Outback. With the seats folded down, both Newfs could fit in the Forester, but with a child in back and the seat folded @60, they would be squished.

I'm amazed that the Escape and Volvo wagons hold 3+ Newfs AND 4+ people?! I'll have to take a closer look at those next time...

FORD F350 DUALLY, back seat comfortably holds Brinkley and Bryanna, Mr Bean squeezes in the middle, Brinkley goes to the floor, Bryanna stretches out on the seat and Mr Bean gets shoved in the corner. But all are happy

RIGHT???

Honestly - I'm considering it just to prevent Sandy from leaping at the vehicle he REALLY wants to get - a freaking Sprinter.

Lol...is he going into the flower delivery business?? That's the first thing I thought of when I saw it! I'd let him get that before I caved to a mini-van. I can't figure out the darn doors on those things to save my life.

And...*ahem* my falln' apart jalopy is PAID OFF!!!! Woot Woot!!:groovy:

We stowed the 3rd row seats, removed the 2nd row seats and have a great setup in our 2009 Odyssey. We put in a hard foam floor to clean easily. Bailey rides in a 42" crate that is bolted down in the back (she loves her crate) while Brinkley has plenty of room in the 2nd row to look out the windows. Attached a plastic 3-drawer unit to the side of Bailey's crate for storage of all the necessary doggie travel stuff. The Odyssey is low enuf for the dogs to easily jump in and out. Love my Honda Newf-mobile.
