Just wanted to give you all an update on how Zeus is doing, especially considering how helpful all of you have been throughout the whole process. This forum has truly been a lifeline for my family - we even followed the sockeye salmon oil advice to strengthen his joints & the capsules just arrived yesterday 
Anyways I just wanted to let you guys know that Zeus is doing wonderfully. He is walking MUCH better than he did before his surgery and the surgeon told us during his checkup last week that he is even allowed to go back on the couch again!! We're being VERY careful still, walking him on leash only & limiting his activity but its nice for him to be able to sleep next to his brother outside of the crate and to resume his favorite place on the couch.
Its cute, he's actually very careful with what he will do... for example, he won't walk anywhere on the floor that isn't covered by some sort of rug or carpet. He has also been great on leash, he's still grabbing it in his mouth when he's ready to go inside & leading us proudly into the house.
I just wanted to post a note with some good news just so that if anyone ever goes through a similar experience with TPLO they will be able to benefit from some of the same support we received from all of you. Thank you again everyone
