i got home from work yesterday , i work midnights so its 8:30 in the morning, only to find that some stupid #%$*&# has smashed out half the windows in our van. there is glass everywhere front, driver side and side window are gone, and they were nice enough to leave us the axe that they used to do it with. nothing is missing. my husband 2 teens and ozzy all sleep through it. i would not trade ozzy for anything but not a "woof" out of him. he never even barks when someone comes to the door. still trying to figure out who we have pissed off enough to do this???????

Oh how horrible, Patti! That happened to me too once in a snow storm, so in addition to the broken windows, I had to shovel the snow out of my car. It probably was a gang. Did the police have feedback as to if anyone else has experienced this recently?

Oh no...that's awful! Unfortunately it was probably a random act of violence. We get roving bands of bored teenagers in our neighborhood sometimes...woke up one morning to find all the tires slashed on 3 cars in my driveway! That was before Angus. My mastiff was no watchdog either; if something was going on outside the house, he didn't care at all...inside was another matter. Hopefully these vandals will be busted soon.

This is so upsetting. I know because something similiar happened to me. I have never had a dyed-in-the -wool anytime, everytime watchdog!! I am sure mine was teens, too!!

I hope they catch the little b-----ds! I'm so sorry. We had incidents of kids playing "Mailbox baseball" all through town a couple of years ago. They finally did catch them, but to have your car ruined...much worse than a mailbox. Awful!

That absolutely does s--k..and I hope the local police will be willing to share what other activitys..are going on, in and around the circle of about 2 miles..in your area! Neighbors deserve to be able to keep an eye/ear out..to note unusual cars, cruseing types. Sorry as heck about that damage..hugs, ina n HB

no word yet from the police . they seem to think and i have to agree that it was a revenge thing or someone very pissed off. no other damage around our sub-division. but i do have teenagers and you never know who or why someone could take offence???? they are keeping their ears open at school. someone usually talks. hopefully they catch the #@*&%^$-ing brats!!!!

I hope they get caught. There is no excuse for people to act in that manner...so disrespectful.
