It's a much deserved R&R even if it is a short one.
Don't you worry about us ever taking the newfs or the four leggers for granted. We thank our lucky stars around here every day. And while I'm telling you I'm thankful for MY family, let me also say how thankful I am to you and your family as well as your band of brothers for making sure that we HERE at HOME stay safe too.
The sacrifices made by Michelle and the kids don't ever get take for granted in my house. Being without a husband and Dad is tough. I'm saying a huge THANK YOU again for your service and for the sacrifices your family makes.
Stay safe as you head back into theater. You are in our thoughts along with all the other brave men and women serving this great country.
