Hope you can make it Heather. I told Murphy that Morgan's going to be there.
Hopefully we'll see you at the winter walk.

We made hotel reservations! We are OFFICIALLY coming--baby Malcolm in tow. (And of course, big sis River to keep him in line)

I don't think we've ever met Oreo? That will just make it harder to stay home. We should make it with or without Morgans health issues. Hope you all are understanding if we come.

What, no Mr Smooch ???
Maybe, it will depend on wether I'm helping the CGC/TDI evaluator or not. Judy would not be able to monitor both at the same time.

Heather, Princess Oreo is the Owner of one of our new couches.

Would I be able to watch the dogs go through the CGC test? Murphy is starting his CGC classes with Margaret next week, and I'd be interested to watch the test. I met with her on Saturday to see what we needed to work on. Sitting politely for petting might be an issue. Apparently Murphy seems to think no one can see a big 150+ lb black dog unless he's got his paws on your shoulders. We're working on that!

Come on everyone be sure to get your orders in for Newfiepalooza 2011 t-shirts! We stop taking orders on the 24th and will have very limited supplies at the event, so get your orders in now to assure you get one or two or three :)
THANKS for your support to help newf rescue!!

So guess what I got myself for Valentines Day. (Hint - not flowers) I ordered my Boars & Nylon brush. I sent out an email to our regional club members. A few of them might want to order a brush. Thank you for letting us know about this.

I thought Murphy did well at Bass Pro even though he kept crawling toward Morgan's air space. Love at first sniff I guess. That was Morgans first trip to Bass Pro and it went better than expected. She was just loving all the attention. :groovy:

I thought Morgan did really well. As you can see, they definately get a lot of attention! I like it because they get to meet so many different people and kids.
We stopped at Petsmart on our way home and everybody thought he was such a well behaved boy. I didn't tell them he was exhausted and too tired to drag me around the store! He came home and got a drink of water and went to bed for the rest of the night. He didn't even want dinner!
Let me know if you want to go again. I promise I'll try and keep Murphy in his own space!!

I guess my friend Ellen can bring her yellow lab if we come, right? I think I asked this before. Still not sure if we are coming, but right now I would say we are. I guess it is only about 2 and half weeks off.

Now my big question, how in the world do you get there? I don't have a GPS system. I am so confused looking at the toll way maps etc. I would be coming up I-55 from Bloomington. And I guess the whole toll thing is easy to screw up on without one of those little white boxes in your car and miss a toll both. Sure don't want some hefty fine either. I looked at he toll way web site, and can not figure it out either.

So any locals give me better directions and tips PLEASE?

Sure, I'll PM you in a bit...one of my best gal pals lives in Schiller Park, very near Newfiepalooza, so I'm pretty familiar with the area, even though it is an hour away from where I live.
