My King Has Passed....

My heart is breaking more as I write this. Today I lost my King. I had to send my Roger to The Rainbow Bridge.

With all his issue's, Roger always fought the battle and bounced back. This past weekend Roger took a turn for the worse.

The vet was unable to tell me what exactly was going on but I saw him declining rapidly and in a lot of pain. He hadn't eaten for 3 day's and was very uncomfortable.

I know what my Roger meant to a lot of people in the newf world. I know he will be missed. A part of my life has left with him...
Rest In Peace My King....

Jane I am so sad at the loss of Rodger...he was a true gentleman Newfie....I am sure your Family will be devastated. :hugs: from all of us. Rainbow Bridge is too busy, so many of our loved ones have gone there. Thinking of you :( :hugs: Ronnie

Jane.. I can barely see through my tears.. Please call me as I have lost your number... I am so sorry my friend.. Your Roger is with my Murphy.. They were so alike .. It is just too much sorrow.... My arms are around you... and as we spoke just days ago.. we will have our time together.. and soak each others shoulders in grief.. I feel this terrible pain all over again for such an amazing noble gentle giant.. Roger was the epitome of a Beautiful gentle creature.. I loved him though I never met him.. Nana will be devastated all over again as he was her favorite. She always called him Baby Roger.. He brought her such joy with his antics and sweet ways.. My friend.. I am heartbroken for you. because i know what you are going through. It is like knife through the heart again.. I am so sorry.....​

Another great has left too soon. I'm glad I had a chance to meet Roger. He was a magnifcent ambassador for his breed and everything a Newf should be. My deepest condolences for your loss.

Oh Jane. :( I'm so very sorry. You and Roger had an incredible bond and were both blessed to have found each other. I understand the ache you must be feeling. Roger is free now and will never forget all you've done for him.
Run free dear Roger...until you meet again...

I am devastated for you...he was such a splendid boy and I cherished the beautiful pictures with Roger and Emily. Godspeed sweetie. This has been a miserable year in the NN newf world.

I am very sorry to hear of this loss of your special boy. He will be at the Bridge with the rest that have gone on before him.
