I have not been a very good Newf Net member. I've had many inquiries about this little guy in my avatar. On Oct. 30, we brought our new puppy home and I never properly introduced him here-I'm sorry. Shortly after Moby's arrival, my Mom became ill and died earlier this month. I spent most of November at the hospital with my Mom. It's simply a miracle that he was completely potty trained during that period of time, too.
Although we love him to pieces, it just never felt like the timing was right, so I never posted about him, not that I had a whole lot of time anyway. I don't want to make this thread about being sad, so celebrate with me! I just wanted to explain why I haven't posted any pics, I know many of you have already met him on John's Facebook page. He was 4 months old on Dec. 19th.
Just a little note-my Mom loved our Newfs, every one of them. BUT I was afraid to tell her we were getting another puppy, I was certain she would tell me I was nuts! She totally took me by surprise and she couldn't wait for me to bring Moby home. She loved his energy, his curiosity and his softness.
He is so much fun and will keep me very busy this winter-YAY!
So...without further ado....please welcome our new little boy!
Introducing - Timbermist's Whale of a Tale...call name Moby.
I went to my breeders to pick a puppy and I was pretty sure it would be this little guy...he's 7.5 weeks old here:
The day he came home @ 10 weeks....
I adore this pic, he reminds me of a bobblehead-haha.
My daughter, Missy and Moby when he could still be picked up, lol.
He LOVES to carry things and I LOVE that he LOVES to carry things.....

16 Weeks
His best friend in the whole world is Tucker and I'm pretty sure Tucker thinks we got this puppy just for him, he loves his little brother:
