You guys gotta know responsible people who love your Newfs who would reeeeeeely want one of their own of these adorable angels. So spread the word..

Ohhhh my. The last dog pictured looks like Zuzu only with bottom teeth. :D

ETA - she has similar orthopedic issues to Zu too...how far is it from CT to Ontario???

So many precious friends to be made...

Yep, it IS raining Newfs! :( We're getting in 2 more tomorrow and are working 3 others, with currently 12 in rescue right now in various stages of available to adopt. That doesn't count the other 4 who's owners are holding off to find out if they are losing their homes soon or have more time before they have to get out.

Its really rough right now for people. Most are not wanting to give up their dogs, they just don't see any other options as they don't even know where they are going to end up either.

River is awesome.. she spent a few hours with me in the car during transport.. caught in a traffic jam.. just sat there.. good as gold.. lookin around.. this was before her surgeries. didn't make a peep. just saw that gentle sweet face in my rear view mirror.. :kgo_027:

They are so beautiful. So sad for people to have to give them up. The economy sucks for so many they are giving up so much for the good of their pets. I am going to check out your blogspot, but do you have a place to make donations to help you with these babies? If so I could put it up on my blogger as well to at least try to get dollars to help them while you try to care for them.

Blacknewfs, please let me know if you ever loosen the rules for adoptions!!! I live in Colorado and have space for two. My husband will object but my 4yr old newf, Peanut, will welcome them.

Oh, how I wish I could hug all of them, especially poor dear Ty.
The pack dynamic here will just not allow for another right now. With two somewhat sickly ones already, I'm just maxed out....

Awwwwwwww River, she would fit right in here at home. is she the River we all donated for to have the Surgery. She looks so pleased with herself

Wishing good homes for all.......My lot are lucky we do not live closer, because I would make room for River :)

If your serious, there was a post recently from 'Tinker's Dream' who does rescue in your area that has two 8 year old Newfs who need a home together. ;)
