How'd you pick that name? It sounds like something that there must be a story behind.

He certainly is a cute little fella. Love the pic of him sleeping.

Tonic told me to tell you all thanks for all the compliments! He was definitely worth the wait. His name was inspired by us loosing our last puppy Luca to Parvo. Tonic, used to be a drug used to help improve the immune system..so it seemed to fit him well. AND...we pulled a titer on him before he came home and he had the immunity of an adult dog to Parvo...so it looks like the name helped!

I am a little confused. Most pups that age should have already been vaccinated at least once for the parvo virus, so why would you titer him to see if he had immunity before you brought him home?

He has already been vaccinated 2 times (just parvo) and then one combo (including parvo) for a total of three parvo vaccines. We just wanted to be extra careful and pull the titer to see his immunity levels.
