Hi Folks,

I have been lurking in the background for awhile enjoying all the posts but i thought i was time to introduce myself.

My name Is Ed from the South of Ireland. My girlfriend (Leonie) and myself have been waiting for our newf puppy for well over a year now but our breeder rang me last night to say she will release him later next week.

Below is a pic of Seamus at 6 weeks, am sure plenty more pics will follow.

So any tips or advice for a first time newf owners would be greatly appreciated.

all the best ed

Welcome along, another Ed from Cork, with a male Newf from the same breeder; this will get confusing!!

Best of luck with the little guy and having been in your shoes a year ago feel free to ask all the advice you need.

Will be great for the half brothers to meet up at some stage too. I'd like to try and organise a Cork Newf group as i've met a few of late.

Enjoy the toilet training!!
