Happy Birthday to the Skye Puppy!

Well, she made it to her first birthday, without me being committed to the state hospital, and without Angus and Riley drowning her. That's an accomplishment for the Princess Puppy!

In one short year she went from this:

Mama loves you, little girl!

The Princess had a bath yesterday after her swim and is now all fluffy and minus about half a ton of undercoat! Today after work, she goes to Petsmart for a weigh in and to choose a new toy to destroy. She'll have a New York strip steak for her birthday dinner while her brothers eat chops.

Good grief, my first thought when I scrolled down to the middle picture was, why is she putting Beau's pic up there? Clones I guess!!
Cole says Happy Birthday sis, the Mama's making us a cheesey meatloaf and Dad's trying to get the new pool up and running so we can get in today. Not sure why Apache keeps doing the happy dance since that big blue thing has been going up, but he sure seems excited about something!!!
New pool is 24' X 52" round. Going to have 2 6ft long tables side by side so they don't have to push each other off in order to get a spot. LOL

Gosh, Karen is right. That look in the second picture. I have seen it before...like before Beau is going to do something bad. :)

You can see my toy to destroy suggestion to Skye under Karen's Happy Birthday thread in General.

Now as far as a pool party we can come and crash the party too as long as it isn't Friday or early Saturday.

I commented the other day that I couldn't believe how big Skye has gotten. She's beautiful! Happy Birthday Skye!!!(((HUGS)))
