"Those Roads" :lol: What the heck is wrong with my road? It's one road all the way from town, 10 minutes, easy as pie -- part of it's even paved. :D

Wait until you see the back way from the swim date back to my place - THAT road is a little, ummm, "rural". But this time of year it's still passable without 4x4. Takes 8 minutes, and if you hear banjos just keep on drivin'.

LOL, Jen I can pack you in the front seat and The Commander in the back with Sulley if you need to get rolled back into your hotel room.

Ya.. we'll end up in the lake... Actually, I'm hoping to hitch a ride with Patti if the logisitcs work out and we can fit the an extra Newf into her vehicle. Although Murph has never been in a vehicle with other dogs :shocker:.
If not I'll just have to not imbibe and follow someone back to the hotel.

Well, I wouldn't shove them into the back seat without making sure they were going to get along. ;) Sulley still has his boy bits and sometimes get a little rambunctious and a touch dominant, so it doesn't always work....especially is the Murphster isn't feeling 100%.

tux and beau have their bath/brush/blow dry appointment on friday morning (trying to keep them as pretty as possible...lol) and we will be heading out of burlington right after 3:30 :) sadly i am committed to a in office meeting on friday until 3:30, so eric will have our poor little passat packed and ready to go and he will pick me up from work then our adventure will start :)

lol....I can fold my back seats down so they can sorta stretch into the trunk...we'd just have to help Murphy up, it would probably be to high for him to step.

weather was looking perfect -- now Friday looks like it may rain. Hopefully no rain for Saturday, the big day!

Evening/overnight temps are looking CHILLY so be sure to pack warm clothes for the bon fire!

You guys Sully was aching to go to the dog park today cuz his best buddy ever was going... and I couldn't resist his pleading eyes so we went and he got himself covered in tons of dog slobber and miscelleanous particles all in his fur :darn: He is quite pleased with himself about ruining his fresh do - you know how they hate to smell 'clean' :p

Did you read Sandra's post about the dogs probably will be rolling in chicken, horse and moose poo. Don't worry if he is not super clean.

If I weren't leaving this weekend for two weeks in Peru.. you guys would be making me oh-so-jealous! Come to think of it, you are STILL making me oh-so-jealous! Have a great time, I'll be waiting for pix.

Weather is looking perfect when I just checked, I guess the sun dance worked. It will be very cool in the evening so bring warm clothes. Just three more sleeps can't wait.
