you get a vole dropped in your hand as a present and you say thank you.......lol

I came home this afternoon after doing a brownie outing with my daughter and walked out back by hubby...son...and 2 dogs.....Skylar grabs something off the ground and comes running to me......pokes at me with her nose so i put my hand out....and .....welll.....i get this slimmy wet DEAD vole in my hand......EWWWWWWWW


I was like what do i do......so I said Thanks but you can have it .....so she took it back......gulped and gone it was but EWWWWWWWWWW......

and I kiss that dog.......LOL

Zoe did the same to me one time, except it was a dead bird she dropped in my hand. I overreacted a wee bit - let out a scream tossing it into the air.

The next time she found one, she scooped it up, ran to me with it, dropped the carcus on me and took off!

Gross.

Maya likes to bring me gifts too. I was laying in bed one night and she hopped up onto the bed and dropped a LIVE mouse right onto my face. I don't think I will ever get over having a mouse scamper across my face.

One of our daughter's shihtzus grabbed a dead mouse from one of our cats, then got in the car to go home. The dog was riding on our daughter's lap, when he dropped the dead thing in her hand. She said she nearly lost it...had to roll down the window quick and toss it out. Hoped it didn't hit the car behind her.

Found dead baby mole on the porch. Threw it in the bushes. Someone (the cat?) helpfully put it back on the porch.

I knew I was loved this past weekend when I was upchucking in the bathroom and Maneen came in and licked my face and arms and Gracie stood watch in the door and whimpered the whole time. UGH, that was awful!! LOL Thank god they didn't bring any dead animals in there or it would have been a disaster!!
