We had to say goodbye to Nautica

We are so heartbroken that we had to say goodbye to our Nautica (14 months old) today. She had kidney failure. She was the most sweet and loving Newf ever! It was so hard to make the decision for her to go, but know we did what we had to do. I hope she is running around in Newf Heaven right now and not suffering any more.

It's so hard to loss one of our beloved newfs, but
even harder when so young.

That is terrible. But I think it was wonderful that you knew to end Nautica's suffering. It is the one gift we can give them....

Hugs to you and know that she is thankful and happy.

Thank you all so much for your kind words. I just had to tell my 8 year old (when he came home from school) that his favorite Newf was in heaven. He is so upset.
