I have a question though. Do you woory about your dog riding in the front seat? Even restrained, I would worry about the air bag. I gather some of the newer cars the passenger side can be disabled. but mine can not.

We rarely take the car and that was her first time up front. She does not fit into the back seat anymore with my daughters. It was only a 10 minute ride and we went extra early to avoid any traffic. Our passenger air bag does turn off. She barely fit in the seat, so I do not think we will be driving the car anymore unless it is just the two of us and she can have the back seat to herself.
