Hi folks, i just thought i would post a few pics of Seamus. He came home last Friday and he was 9 weeks old yesterday. We weighed him yesterday and he is 12.4kg.

In general the readjustment is going very well. He has the usual puppy crazies after breakfast and again around 9pm, high energy running around and playing with everything any anything. Last night he discovered if he put a paw in his water bowl and pushed really hard he could make a splash, the bigger the splash the more excited he would get, i know we shouldn't really leave him do it but it just too funny to watch!

Its only been a few days but we love him to bits already and couldn't imagine the house without him.

so cute! We had blankets and mats on our kitchen floor for MONTHS when duncan realized he could cool himself off by splashing in the water bowl...put it on a boot tray although it doesnt help that much haha once he was tall enough to reach we keep ours in a elevated feeder so there are no more paws in it or laying in it or sitting in it...which were all of his favorite things

Oh, I just love his little face!! (my first black Lab was a "Seamus" too). Sounds like he has the makings of a natural water dog...get out the towels!

What a cutie pie, Brinkley would splash his water to lay in it also, then started with the blowing bubbles trick, now he has moved on to if you won't let me spill it on the floor, I got time to just slobber it on the floor. Enjoy the fuzzy puppy days, they grow out of them so fast.

Give it couple of weeks, Seamus will rule the house, he will have won over everyone, heart and soul. He has those eyes, looks right into your heart.

Obie's a BIG fan of his water bowl... I even had a picture of him sleeping with his tail in it. Seamus looks like a real little love and ooooooh those puppy eyes. I share your joy!

I love his wavy ears - he's such a cutie. I have a question... is Seamus pronounced "See-mus" or "Shay-mas" or "Shah-mus" or some other way?
