I am definitely coming! Haven't been able to book our room yet, and I'm thinking it will be just me and Orca for the weekend. I was so sad to miss it last year...

I can bring macaroni and cheese, or ziti. Are there refrigerators to store food?

Let's see...in the past 3 years we've had a nor'easter complete with snow and high winds, hurricane Sandy plus evacuation, Chumley broke my mom's elbow to include a trip to the hospital, and finally last year Chumley got sick with kennel cough to include a trip to the Ocean City Animal Hospital and a self imposed evacuation before all the other Newfs arrived.
Emily...there's no bad weather or bad luck you could predict that hasn't already happened.
Wishing you, Clifford, and Kim could go, but happy to see y'all at Newfstock in 2 weeks.

Stacey, I will be there w bells on....no more pain. I will make something easier this time. Wow, I am impressed you could track down the source of kennel cough....excellent. It takes 10 days to incubate, so lock him in the house for 10 days.
We are going through diarrhea with all 3 Newfies. I have been cooking so much rice and gr. beef/chicken....it has been nuts.

Well I just received bad news from my surgeon….She said it was too far to go after just having a shoulder replacement. I am not happy but I cannot afford to have a problem w the new shoulder.
I just to Chris at Windjammer and the one bedroom Room 102 is available to rent.

Ok gang, I just talked to the Windjammer in Ocean City and they said we have 9 rooms booked but we still have 8 dog friendly rooms still available!!!
Let's book those up! The more the merrier. This is such a fun trip. The cost has been dropped even lower and we are only paying $218.00 to stay for 2 nights!!

So I was thinking.... I would love to somehow donate to rescue. I know there isn't a whole lot of us, but how's this.... We all bring something to donate to a basket (maybe like a $10.00 value) that I can make in the hotel. I will bring the basket and the wrapping etc. I will also make a bib and a collar for the basket.
Anyway, once the basket is all put together, we can get raffle tickets (prices to be determined later) and then whatever is put in the pot will be donated to a Newf rescue we feel fit. This is a MUCH smaller version of what Donna did for so long. It won't make much with such a small group but a couple of hundred is better than nothing!
