Oh goodie, Jeannie and Angela! John, I, Judi, and Jessie are all working in hospitality / reception from 4:30 to 6pm on Sunday, so be sure to come and pick up your registration bags and we'll be sure to meet you in person! I'm getting Tiika groomed with Penny Schubert from 2-3pm on Sunday. Hopefully she will look beautiful when you get to meet her!

I didn't register. I just got a room at the Bavarian inn. I was not even sure I could go until just a week ago. If anything happens to my husband while running the Cincinnati marathon Sunday I won't be able to go. I was going to book through the NCA but if I had to cancel I would not be able to get my money back. Going directly throught the hotel I only lose $25. Because I booked directly with the hotel I cannot take a dog. Anyway, I'll stop by registration to meet you.

There is a person who can't go and has a room that is "Dog Allowed" if interested in taking Newfs. Just a thought.
Judy and I will be in Registration on Monday Afternoon/evening 4-7.
We'll be getting in Sunday afternoon, anyone for a get-2-gether for Dinner or somethin?

Hey, Ted,
If you and Judi are willing to wait until our group is finished our volunteer duties in registration, we can all get together for dinner. Might have to feed our dogs and let them out first, though. So it could be more like a 7-7:30pm dinner time.

I don't know if any of you have eaten at Zehnders, but the food is fabulous!!! Equal to Zehnders is Sullivan’s Black Forest Brew Haus and Grill. Both of these places have outstanding menu selections. I am making myself so hungry just thinking about these two restaurants, too!

Those places sound great but since we're working in registration until 6:30 pm and then we'd have to feed and walk the dogs before we could go to dinner, we thought Oma's would be easier. Are the other places close by? Are you coming, too, garden girl? What do to think Ted and Jeannie - In the hotel at Oma's or should we go to Zehnders?

Joan, everything is within a short driving distance. It's a suggestion for another night, if you are going to be there longer.
Sadly, I had to cancel my reservation for this year because our girl has bone cancer and we can't leave her. As Codes said to me ~ there will always be lots of Nationals, but there is only one Nellie. :heart:
