:new_smilie_colors1:Hi All....Well...looks like we are closer to IT!..meaning that my dh and myself and furries are moving onto the next phase literally...he retired Dec1 and I will be able to leave my job...in June (2010)...we are looking for a farm (hobby farm) to buy in Missouri (West Plains on the east, Springfield on the north and Arkansas border to the south) if anyone knows of any property (20 acres or more with a house,barn and pond) please let me know or if you know of a reputable realtor in this area it would be appreciated.....(and in hopes that our house will sell quickly!!!)...thanks in advance!

Hmmm, I THINK my husband's ex and her husband live somewhere in that vicinity, Springfield rings a small bell. They had/have (I'm not sure) a small farm and she worked in real estate. I'll have him check with her and see.

Missed you guys this weekend, Really liked the Lamps you made but we didn't get one at the silent auction. I'm retiring from the PD and taking a new job at Great Lakes for more Dinero. Talk to you soon, hopefully at the Jan Meeting.

I live in Missouri north of Springfield on a small farm..barn, 2 ponds...I know what you want....there are tons of places around here like that...I am about 25 miles N of Springfield...south towarad Branson the property is more expensive...Let me know when you decide to do something and I will hook you up with a good realtor..

I'm glad Windancer will be able to help because my DH's ex sold the farm and retired from real estate so of no use. Sorry. They were in Lebanon. Haven't looked it up to see exactly how it related to area you wanted anyway.

Merry Christmas All...thanks for the info..! Appreciate any and all...the biggest thing is really having a pond or ponds, creek/stream and of course a barn!!! A place for the furries to roam and have fun and swim. Although, my dh thinks that the workshop is the MOST important thing....little does he know!!!...:)
