Karma has been found tonight. No further details on fb so far, definitely a miracle after 4 weeks missing.

We did it!! Just got back to our room and we're gonna call it a day when we got a message that Karma was sighted. We threw our boots back on and rushed to the location. The sheriff dept was already there. There was a lot of excitement and commotion. Cars driving by were stopping to see what was going on. When they found out many pulled over to watch or help. Everyone up here knows about the girls. No one was sure exactly where she was seen, just the area. We were running up and down the highway. Finally got a call from the couple who first saw her. They were about a mile and a half away and had her in their sight. We rushed there. She was on the other side of an electric fence for cattle. There was no way Kari was going to wait for the police to have the owners shut it off. As I was running through the deep snow in the ditch, trying not to break my neck through the tears I watched Kari dive under the fence. Karma was sitting in a small gully. Kari slowly approached her and quietly crouched down. After a couple seconds Karma leapt into her lap. WE GOT HER!! Just had her checked over and she is ok. She is skinny and exhausted but otherwise okay. Can't wait to reunite her and Cocoa tomorrow!! Thank you everyone for all your support and words of encouragement!! Never give up... miracles do happen!!

OH YAY! I have just dissolved into a blubbering puddle. Truly a Christmas miracle for everyone! What lucky dogs to have owners who were never going to give up.
