Hey, Sooooooo Sweet Lacy here! Yesterday was my birthday!:icon_bb:

Started out, Ma left dumb and dumber at home and took me for a walk all by myself. Then I got to do some swimin' with my little 'bro and 'sis, well I don't swim, I just wade, pick weeds and watch all the little fishes. Then Ma told me I was dirty and stinkin' and needed a bath. :shocker:WHAT!??!! NO WAY!!! What Newf has to take a bath on their birthday? As soon as I saw the bottle of shampoo I ran up and sat by the truck door and insisted on going for a ride, my favorite thing to do. So Ma took me shopping, I went to my favorite two pet shops and got to pick out my own treats, plus got extras, 'cause it was my birthday. It was a GREAT day!!!

My Ma loves me SOOOOOOO much! She can not believe that someone let me have 4 litters of puppies and then just dumped me off at the pound one day full of matts and fithy when I was 5 yrs old. Oh well... there loss is my Ma's gain.:heart:

Nobody should have to have a bath on their birthday. It sounds like you had a great day. And how lucky for you that you got dumped off at a pound!! :D

Happy birthday, pretty girl! We should have a birthday party someday soon! Hugs and licks from Malcolm and River (shy River is always immediately comfortable around Lacy at Newf events-she gravitates right to her).

I understand, I wasn't even born yet and my Mommy and Daddy were dumps off at some place kalled "Reskue."

But then my Daddy drove millions o miles to get me and bringed me home. It's great hear casuze I gits lots of snackies and stuffs, and all the squeeky balls I'ze wants. &Youze has a wunderfol Boof Day.
