The price is high in pet stores here too Jen. As it is from the manufacturer. I'd keep checking around...or contact the manufacturer to see who their distributors are for Canada. Then contact them.
It looks like Anita has a link that might work for you. And $21.50 per bottle is a very good price.
Do contact them and ask if you order several bottles at a time, what the shipping would be. It looks like several bottles at once would constitute an "order". Even eight bottles (which is what I buy at a time) doesn't weigh much at all.
Here's the quote for Canada from Anita's link above:

DGP worked wonders for Addie when she tore her cruciate. It also works amazingly well on our older dogs with arthritis. Sasha, our Golden will be 14 in January and still runs around the field a couple of times a day and happily goes for a long walk with me once a day. Chance (Newf) will be 11 in October and he's on it too. He never seems to be in any pain, either. Take them off of it...and they definitely slow down, and move more gingerly, if at all. They hurt.
Oh...and there has never been any indication of stomach upset from it. I give it with a meal. Glucosomine, however, HAS upset some tummies here now and then.
