I will have a go at this.........All the other pictures are so beautiful, but here are my two.
This one was taken yesterday at our place.


And this next picture was taken last Winter

All I can do is oooo and ahhhhhh over all these TRUST me!!
I am working with a picture-taking deficit over here. I wish I could take nice pics like some of these.
Yeah, some of us just have to live vicarously through the photo taking skills of some of the other NNer's :lol:

I've been trying to get a picture of Chloe like that.Hopefully I'll get her looking over the water when we go to cottage this year.

For those of you who want to get in on the action, Here's a definition of Silhouette: A dark image outlined against a lighter background

So anything dark against a lighter background fits. You're not supposed to see any (or much) detail in the silhouetted object.

Jeva, for a silhouette you want the background, behind your subject to be lit up. Am I correct photo pros's?
Yes in a silhouette the subject should be dark and the background light. You should not see any detail in the subject at all. I'll post mine later today. Been too busy to get them out. It is amazing how busy the boarding is. We have 22 dogs this weekend - not counting ours
