Brinks at the beach

Brinks is doing so good. He already is such a mush and a love but he does have his moments. Don't we all?? Here he is at the beach this past Sunday. He was brave enough to go up to the water but not ready to go in. Maybe next time. We made contact with trainer and she came to the house the other night. He's a QUICK learner and is responding really really good. Especially with the "look at me" command and the "wait". Once he's in the "down" he doesn't want to get back up for the "stand" so we're working on that. Looks like the name we settled on is (breeder) "Captain's Treasure Box" Brinks. So far we're sticking with that one. My grandfather was Captain of a ship in Italy and ironically he almost drowned in the ocean twice. I thought it would be fitting to tie in the two of them together. And he's the closest we'll ever get to a Brinks truck...lol He is a treasure and god what a love muffin. I know I mentioned this already but I love when I'm washing the dishes and he comes and wedges between the cabinet and my legs and lies down with his head on my feet. We just love him so much. He's a really "good dog". He hasn't had a pee pee/potty accident in the house now for over a week or more. He's eating great and stools are great. He lost his 2 upper baby teeth the other night and new ones are growing in already. I noticed this morning that the 2 bottom baby teeth are out now too. They sure are so tiny in comparison to the fang teeth.

So thats the latest update on the love of my life with 4 legs.....lol or as my husband says..."the new man in my life"...lolol

Such a gorgeous fuzz-ball! He still looks all roly-poly with the fur. Angus, at 16 weeks is already getting all gawky and goofy looking...legs for miles!

Is there anything cuter than a baby Newf at the beach? How adorable!

The first one is perfect. The light, the shadow, the cute little footprints. What a great memory those photos will be someday.

I love that first picture, too! That's "calendar worthy".

Sounds like he's a wonderful little newfie boy. Keep the pics and updates coming.

The photos are fantastic! The first one should be framed and hanging on your wall... it's precious... just like Brinks.

What could be better than a warm January day at the beach. (Except maybe a day in the SNOW!) Brinks is adorable, and the name is great!!
