A friend from work just called me to tell me that there is an IMMEDIATE Newf Rescue Requirement in Barnhart, Missouri (Jefferson County) who is at the Jefferson County Animal Control Facility. This is a kill facility.

I have a breeding pair, both from a German kennel, where all of the parents of my two Newfs tested free of cystinuria. In America, should I still test both of the breeding pair? Who does the official test?
