Some photos from the weekend; my cousin's mini Schnauzer came to stay with us for the weekend and it was an interesting experience taking care of a dog that is smaller than any of the cats I've ever owned--doesn't happen often around here 
He is surprisingly calm for a small dog that is only two years old, and we all had a good time (Hamish seemed pretty bemused, though).
"Kiddo", Hamish, Harley, Max. The dogs always seem to arrange themselves so perfectly--they're pretty evenly spaced here.
Harley is Hamish's oldest friend--they grew up together and she is only ten days older than he is.
This never fails to crack me up :lol:

We found a suitable playmate for Kiddo, a Westie named McTavish who lives across the street.
Hamish is not as enthusiastic...
I am sure these two could have played for hours on end...
Hamish decides he's had enough of all the activity (he really gets jealous and kind of depressed when we have other dogs--besides Harley and Max--over).
