URGENT in North Carolina - to be gassed on 11/16

There is a Newf in Vance County Animal Shelter (NC) who will be gassed tomorrow 11/16 if no one rescues him. He has been identified as a spaniel mix in one photo and as a collie mix in another. Owner release. 3 years old. Pacer --He even has two numbers :8106613 and 8106716. I have been unsuccessful in getting on Newf.net and am reaching out to you. I am in West Texas and cannot get there to save him. Otherwise, I would.

Beautiful boy...looks so sad. The owner released him because he/she could "not deal with him" any longer. Of course, if the owner had known he is a Newf it might have helped. GRRRRRRRRRR..... :cry:

I think they have no idea what type of dog or his weight. Below one photo, they say he weighs 20 lbs. Below the other photo, they say 25-60. ???

I have no idea if he is or isn't a Newf or Newf mix, but his head and fur certainly look like a Newf.

He could be 100 lbs. for all we can know from the descriptions.

Nope - he's a 40lb super cute fluffy dog but a newf probably never even walked by him in his life ;-)
