Recommendation for a dryer/blower

Because we are planning a move to the mountains where I will not be near a groomer, it has become abundantly clear that Santa needs to bring me a dryer/blower for my babes. I've been on-line looking at different kinds with different prices and don't know how to compare them. Recommendations? What is your favorite?

If you do a quick search on the forum you'll be able to find a lot of similar threads. I definitely prefer the K-9 III to any else that I've tried. It's (IMO) the best (most powerful) on the market, long-lasting, and definitely worth EVERY penny!

I bought a K9-3 a couple weeks ago from showdogstore.com. They have a promotion where you get a $50 gift certificate if you buy one and I used that to buy a Mars Coat King. Right now you can also get 5% off your order and $10 shipping. It does a great job at drying fast, but it's REALLY loud. Haven doesn't mind, but Bella is scared to death of it. When I turn it on she runs and hides under the bed. I've left it on and gave her treats by it to get her used to it but she still runs when she sees it. If you want something that is very powerful and dries fast, I highly recommend it but if you have a dog who's scared of the vacuum or other loud noises you might want to find a quieter one.

K9-III....thee is just no comparison. It is noisy, but you can dry your Newf in a third of the time.

The K-9 III is the most powerful dryer and is a great dryer for a newf owner. The K-9 II is also popular but a little less powerful. You have to compare the specifics of each dryer. Here are the details for the K-9 III...

I am a first time Newf Owner. I bought the K9 III before I brought My pup Home.
Best Money I have ever spent! (besides getting Opie of course) It was worth every penny. It is Noisy but you get used to it and Opie LOVES it. I groom her outside, I set the Blower inside the house and pull the hose through the doggie door. It works great for the noise and keeps the air warm for Opie.
When she hears me use the blower for something she comes running and paws at me and leans until I do her too lol.
