(Part Newf) Anyone in IN area as smitten as I am?

I know there are so many that need help, but this guy caught my eye for some reason. Not pure Newf (maybe Leonberger or Collie or Berner?) but he looks like a sweet ham. The only thing holding me back from calling on him or hopping in the car is the privacy fence requirement. If we can't help him and someone on Newf Net can, I'd love to see him find a happy, stable home.
