I just was curious about the price of Bruce Weber's Gentle Giants of late. I was thinking about it as this past weekend I was showing it to a friend who's bronze spent the summer here. I just went on abebooks.com to see what the going rate was....

I was amazed.. from 292.00 to 800 in the US with a copy in the UK at more than 1400 dollars with the exchange. Guess I had better keep my copy in the safe deposit box, or at least under glass.

Mine is locked up in it's own treasure chest. Sounds like it's turning into an investment. Son paid $250 for mine.

I got the book for Christmas from my family, and am very impressed with it! It is in perfect shape and had been wrapped all these years. I never had the chance to take a close look at it before and I am glad that I can say that I own it. It does seem to be going up in price as time goes on and harder to find perfect copies.
