Just a reminder - if anyone is interested in pledging their support to the teams marching in the NewfStock Newf Friends Rescue Parade, here are some links!

It doesn't matter which team you support - all the funds raised will benefit Newf Friends Rescue!

:D Woot! Keep those pledges coming!

We've had about $1200 in pledges come in so far, and this doesn't include pledges that people are collecting the old fashioned way (printed pledge sheet and hitting up co-workers.) Less than 2 weeks to go until the big event!

We've had a lot more success with our printed pledge sheets than with the website - (Sandy is in charge of the pledge sheets and I'm in charge of the website, so it's a bit of a competition), but I'm not giving up yet!

Here is a question though...at the event, can you guys tally who has what online, or do we need to make a print out and bring it with the rest of the donations?

We have a record of the online pledges already, and will just add that to any "old style" pledges that you bring to NewfStock to get your grand total. Having said hat, if you want to print off your final pledge tally and bring it with you, that would be super handy too!

The person with the highest amount of pledges wins a special prize!

As of this 730 this morning pledges were over $2300 -- and more have been coming in through the day. WOOOOOT! You guys are awesome! Keep them coming!

Oh Nessa - I'll make a real effort to save more Toonies. Get someone to show you one when you're up here. I have a Toonie bank & that's what I use for Newf Friends donations. Don't think I can catch you up to Sandy tho'!! :lol:

I was going to walk with Mr. Murphy, but there just wasn't enough time. No problem though. Mr. Murphy came home with his very own fire hydrant!!!
