Morgan going to Racine, WI!

Call me nuts but I signed Morgan up for all 3 days at the Racine, WI test at the end of this month!
Friday Rally, Sat Rally and Obedience, Sunday Obedience
Hoping by Saturday she's a little tired so she will listen and watch me during the CD test. :grrr:
That's the important ONE! Need to get her CD title so she can skip it during the Water Dog test in Sept.
Gonna be a long weekend! :tequila:

Good luck at the trials! Remember to have FUN!! That's what this is all about! :)
It's not about the title, it's about the journey and time spent with your girl! :)

Had great weather today for Chicago 60's! Did some CD work after work and ended on a positive note of her sitting in front of me straight after her come! Boy it's been a while since she's had to do it. Tripe treats are great for a nice heal.
Yes I know no treats in the test!

I'm so glad you signed her up! Let me know what day I can come and watch. You've been so supportive of Murphy and Tigger, I'd love to come and cheer you on!
Mulenag is right, it's all about the journey. I lost sight of that with one show, but hopefully am back on track.
We've met some great people, and had lots of fun since I started showing Murphy.

So call me crazy but I signed her up for De Kalb, IL in a couple weeks too. Only Sunday though so not as bad as 3 days in a row like this weekend. I will know a lot of friends that will be there so we'll see how Morgan and I do in Obedience. Still working hard and think she's getting it. Just hope it all goes well!
Thanks for all the support and we'll need it since it's our first show!!

Morgan earned her first Rally leg with a 89/100!!!
Took a 4th place win ribbon! She was so crazy I thought for sure we didn't qualify at all!
Lets hope this continues since we still have CD and Rally on Sat. CD on Sunday.

We did do 3 out of the 6 requirements for the CD test so no win there. Not bad for a first timers. Have one more chance to get a CD leg tomorrow!
Did get 89/100 points for Rally Novice A and received a 4th place win again.
Didn't start off good but ended great!
One more leg and she'll have her Rally Title!

Today didn't go well either. Did good on 4/6 tests. So did improve at least! Handler error on the recall. She laid down on her sit exercise. We will be taking classes the next couple weeks so were ready for De Kalb's show. Thanks for all the support!!!

Heather were sorry we couldn't come, Sounds like Morgan did great for her first time. You should get her RN at Dekalb. Looks like your on track with a little more training for the CD. Morgan will get it.

Sounds like a good weekend overall! It's tough when it's the first time for both of you. You made the first step and got your feet wet, now just brush up on the problem areas and you guys will be great! Congrats!!

Each time gets easier for you and just remember those nerves travel down the leash to your dog. It sounds like you had a great time and that's what it's all about!!!! Congratulations to both of you for going out there and doing it!!!!

Didn't know they had Rally at De Kalb? Only saw CD? Gonna push to finish in June at Woodstock Fair Grounds. They are offering CD too so maybe we could finish that up?
