My Kindle Fire bit the dust a few days ago. It won't charge. It was the first Fire they made. I called Amazon and they offered me a replacement at a discounted price. I got the newer Kindle Fire HD today and the key board won't work properly. So I called them. They had me shut off all the settings for the keyboard - autocorrect and so on. I told them I didn't purchase a new Kindle and have to shut off all the keyboard settings to get it to work properly. :grrr: They are sending me a (another) new one.
