Jumping Polly

Those of you on facebook do a search for Jumping Polly  Polly came into our store today as a customer, before she left, she asked if we would jump with her :icon_stupid: This was a pretty unusual request. We did it and it was really fun. "We laughed like we were kids", she put a little :sunflower: in an otherwise "as usual" day.

She hasn't posted them yet! I have to tell you, it was so silly but we laughed so hard trying to get all of us off the ground at the same time. I know how silly this sounds, but you have to try it!! It took a lot of jumping to get it just right. Find someone to do it with and send her a picture, she has people jumping all over the world. I bet people driving by thought we were crazy.

Boy, does that make you smile! (and I sure can use smiles for the next few days).

I agree, though... I want to see pictures of your jump. Let us know when she posts them please?!!

So Polly just goes different places and just jumps with people at random? OK..sounds fun..Problem though, I'm usually behind the camera LOL

Polly sets her camera up on a little tripod so she is in all of the pictures, unless they are pictures people send to her to put on her site. She is a really fun person. She leaves people smiling that's for sure. I still am!

Let's get everyone at the Michigan GTG to Jump! We could all do it off the dock!

Ummmm... it's not that warm in Michigan then, right? And the water is probably really chilly?

I volunteer to stay dry and take the photo. :kgo_017:

Usually the air temp is in the 70's about then. The water is warm by Michigan standards, but my niece from Florida was here swimming and could not believe how cold the water was compared to the Gulf.
The water feels warm and comfy to me, but I am used to it.
I vote, you all jump...my house, I take the photo :groovy:

Ok, just looked online. Just a guess based on the bay's temps, but I would guess the water temp is around 75 degrees. I think that is really warm, but southerners may scream as they go in LOL

Uh, Kelly - I won't go in my POOL on a 90 degree day unless the water temp is 85 or above.

Looks like I'm back to taking the picture! bwahahahaha!

Liisa,
When we had a house in Florida we kept the pool at 94 degrees. Anything colder and I thought I was freezing, but somehow it's different when it's the lake and the air temps aren't so high.
My niece who is used to the Gulf, which is like bath water said she loved it. It felt so clean, but that was after the first 3 minutes of putting her toes in and saying...it's cold, it's cold. Once in, she said it wasn't cold, but still...you can take the photo (ya big sissy LOL)
