This. Is this a first time like this? Have you changed foods? Do you have a dryer? I'm still working at getting the undercoat out of Zeke (it's like fighting a neverending battle) but I took out the dryer over the weekend and I could not believe how much nesting for the birds flew out, felt sorry for the neighbor two doors down that had their clothes on the line!I find mine more likely to get a hot spot if they have a lot of undercoat. The skin needs to be able to get air to it. Proper drying is also important.
Where do I get the horse spray? Did search for Cetrimide but came up with cream and an agar for bacterial cultures.I agree with Jenny, undercoat can do it...I blow my dogs almost daily and especially in Winter when they have more coat. Also a good way to treat and see them. Mind you most of mine are on Annabelle and hers are from food allergy.she is allergic to wheat, but also food colouring and preservatives and even fresh meat , where the stock has been on wheat or stuff she is allergic to. I do not use Anti-b's I just blow mine frequently (about 10 times a day)and use the horse purple spray.....Apple cider vinegar can also be used if they are inside a lot. But i find my trusty purple horse spray is the best (Cetrimide).
It would help if people who gave you info, got the spelling right LOL..so sorry, this is what happens when you quickly post from work. but here it is correctly spelled and a linkWhere do I get the horse spray? Did search for Cetrimide but came up with cream and an agar for bacterial cultures.
