Thank you all for your encouraging words. Some time has passed and I know that Indy is in good hands. I need to call for an update, its been a while.

The divorce has had many twists and we were about 3 weeks from done and I got laid off. Guess what? You cant really get divorced with out a job to base the support off of! So I am still looking for a job and it is going to take some time.

Otherwise I am fine and my kids seem to be doing ok too.
