Gander Bear in Newfstock Parade

12.5 year old Newfoundland dog Gander Bear will be walking in the parade at Newfstock on Sept. 13, 2014. In September, 2013 he suffered serious weight loss, down to 86 lbs. Vet figured he had some form of cancer but he was too old for treatment. Well Gander & I didn't give up & he has regained his normal weight. Newfstock 2014 may be his last hurrah but I hope he will go out with a splash supporting his fellow Newfie dogs with the help of donations for Newf rescue made in his name.
