Dyson animal grooming attachment.

Has anyone tried this. With my late GSD I would use a slicker brush and just suck up that fur in the vacuum but this seems easier and. well. cool.

Oreo loves to be vaccumed with the wand portion of our dyson. I don't know if it feels good or she just tolerates Dad doing it. Ethel is on again/off again, and Ricky thinks it's evil incarnate, but he's easier to brush/comb. Luci will tolerate it if one person pets her and the other vaccums. I'm going to buy one when it is available.

How would that work with a Newf? I'm thinking it would be clogged in no time. It would be wonderfully awesome though, all of her hair goes from her, to the brush, to my face. Every time.

Rowan loves to be vacuumed with the wand part of my Dyson. In fact, he follows me around, leaning against the vacuum wanting his turn while I'm doing the floor. Cimorene doesn't care for it but will tolerate it...I've only vacuumed her a couple of times for a minute or so. My mother always vacuumed our dogs when I was young.

I think it would be ok as far as slicker type brushes can do, but I think having the hose attached would make it hard to slicker in some places.

The suction on my Dyson would suck his tail into the canister... Not sure how this would work.. :ah:

Plus the noise would freak him out..
